01 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement. Terms defined here retain the same meaning wherever they appear in these Terms & Conditions, regardless of whether they are capitalized in the body text.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain a 7sivp Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7sivp applies a strict 21+ minimum age requirement across all product verticals, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and poker.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or family member of a 7sivp employee in a role involving product or odds-setting decisions.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, or subject to a self-exclusion order that would encompass the 7sivp Platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by 7sivp policy from time to time.

03 Account Registration

When registering a 7sivp Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 7sivp reserves the right to close or suspend any Account registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via a third party — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 7sivp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Accurate Details: The name registered on your 7sivp Account must exactly match the name on your government-issued identification document and the name associated with your designated bank account or e-wallet. Mismatches may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Contact Information: A valid mobile phone number and email address are required. These will be used for account verification, security notifications, and support communications. 7sivp will not use these for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7sivp Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 7sivp supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Transaction limits and processing times for each method are published on the Platform and updated from time to time.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Destination: Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 7sivp Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Processing Times: Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes during standard hours (07:00–23:00 WIB) on business days. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically processed instantly. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or for accounts undergoing KYC review.
• Deposit Finality: Funds deposited into your 7sivp Account are available for wagering purposes only. Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee to cover payment gateway costs at 7sivp's discretion.
• Currency: 7sivp does not accept deposits in any currency other than IDR. Any attempted foreign-currency deposit will be declined or converted at the prevailing rate at 7sivp's sole discretion.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

7sivp offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all 7sivp bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and free bets carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds that have not been used or that have not met their wagering requirements before expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, slots, and sportsbook bets may carry different contribution rates. Game-specific contribution rates are disclosed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: 7sivp employs fraud detection systems to identify abusive patterns including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of free bet mechanics, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds forfeited and may be permanently closed.
• Eligibility: 7sivp reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any Player from any promotion at any time without prior notice or explanation.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

Each product vertical on the 7sivp Platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and poker room — is governed by its own product-specific rules, which are published within the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all verticals:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 7sivp. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been generated and displayed to the User. In the event of a technical error that prevents confirmation, the bet will be considered void.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per product and market. These limits may vary by game, event, User tier, or promotional period, and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Palpable Errors: 7sivp reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or with terms that were posted in error (a "palpable error"), including typographical errors, technical glitches, or data feed malfunctions. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Account Balance.
• Results: For sportsbook markets, results are determined by the outcome of the relevant event as reported by the official governing body. For live casino games, the physical outcome of the game — as recorded by the studio's camera feed — is final. For RNG slots and table games, the certified random number generator output is final.
• Incomplete Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum period of play required for settlement, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7sivp Platform. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported immediately to 7sivp support. Players who exploit vulnerabilities without reporting them will have winnings derived from such exploitation forfeited.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other Players in poker or any other game where inter-player fairness is material to outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing or having prior knowledge of match outcomes through corrupt means.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit authorization.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposit transactions after wagering has occurred.

08 KYC & Identity Verification

7sivp is committed to maintaining a compliant, secure platform. As part of our obligations under our international gaming license and anti-money laundering policy, we may request identity verification documents from any User at any time, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Before processing any withdrawal request exceeding a threshold determined by 7sivp's compliance team.
• When account activity triggers automated risk or fraud monitoring flags.
• When an account has been inactive for an extended period and is reactivated with a large deposit.
• At routine intervals as part of ongoing due diligence.

Acceptable KYC documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license for identity verification, and a recent bank statement or utility bill (dated within 90 days) for address verification. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and provided in full — partial or redacted documents will not be accepted.

7sivp will endeavor to complete KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal requests will be held pending the completion of a KYC review. 7sivp is not liable for any loss arising from delays attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

7sivp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A chargeback or payment reversal dispute is raised by the User or their payment provider.
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal requirements necessitating Account closure.
• A User-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off request submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach, any verified Balance remaining will be returned to the User's last verified withdrawal method, less any applicable fees, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure under all circumstances.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7sivp, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access not caused by 7sivp's gross negligence.
• Service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical failures caused by factors outside 7sivp's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.

In all cases, 7sivp's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

7sivp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. The Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and how you can exercise your data rights.

In summary: 7sivp collects personal data necessary for Account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the period required under applicable law and our licensing obligations, typically a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure.

12 Responsible Gaming

7sivp is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes player welfare seriously. The Platform includes the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered Users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive periodic notifications reminding you how long you have been active on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from all future 7sivp marketing communications.

13 Amendments to These Terms

7sivp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal fees, eligibility criteria, or dispute resolution procedures — 7sivp will provide reasonable advance notice via email or a Platform notification to registered Users.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 9. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7sivp holds its international offshore gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 7sivp support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Users in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally restricted environment in Indonesia, and that they access the 7sivp Platform entirely at their own risk and discretion. 7sivp makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for access in any particular location within Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, account transaction, or Platform decision, the User should first contact 7sivp customer support. If the matter is not resolved at first contact, it will be escalated to the 7sivp compliance team for formal review. 7sivp will endeavor to resolve all formal disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a complete written complaint.
